Opened and used products cannot be returned/exchanged. To return or exchange a product purchased directly from us via website, phone or fax, please call 800-932-0168 or 212-221-4600 or email info@essensa.com to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
All returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and shipping and handling are not included in the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 15-21 days against the original method of payment. Regent Bond Inc reserves the right to change the policy at their sole discretion.
