Why should I join the Essensa Rewards program?
Why not? You have nothing to lose and you can earn discounts.

Do I need a separate account to earn rewards?
Of course not. You use the same account to place orders and earn Blossom Coins.

What is considered an eligible review?
We will decide. In general, any honest review submitted by a verified buyer that is more than a few words and helps others make a buying decision would be eligible.

How do I submit a product review?
We will send a review request by email 2 weeks after your order is fulfilled. Click on the link to go to the product page, click write a review, fill out the form and click submit review.

How do I refer somebody?
You need to share a personalized link through email or social media.

How exactly do I redeem Blossom Coins?
A discount code will be sent to you for the amount you redeemed.

Can I redeem Blossom Coins while also getting another discount?
Up to 5 discount codes can be used per order. However, some discounts cannot be combined.

So how do I join the program?
Click on the gift box icon located on the lower left corner of the screen to get started. The whole process takes only 15 seconds.

Instructions For Redeeming Blossom Coins
Please note that discount codes do not work like gift cards where they can carry a balance. If the value of a discount code is higher than the order it is applied to, the difference will be canceled out. For example, if you use a discount code for $50 off on a $35 order then the total will be $0. The $15 that was not used will be voided and will not be added back to your account. Please redeem up to the amount you need only.

1) Log in to your account first and click on the gift box icon to begin.

2) Go to Ways to redeem and click on the green Redeem button.

3) Move the green slider to the right to set the amount you wish to redeem.

4) Once you are happy with the amount go ahead and click Redeem.

5) Apply the generated discount code right away or save it for later.

6) All your reward codes can be found by going back to the main screen.
